Medtronic Canada has been focused on diversity and inclusion for many years with an active women’s network, employee-led networking circles, and mentoring programs. This year, the company launched a committee that engages male allies in support of women in leadership. Women account for over 50% of all employees and 55% of the Canadian Leadership Team.

Organizations on this list must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year, headquartered in Canada and have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender. This recognition is one of many honours Medtronic Canada has received over the past year.
